Acquisitions, Production, & Design
Megan is a poet, artist, and book designer with a bachelor’s degree in Creative Writing, and a master’s degree in Book Publishing with a specialization in Design and Marketing. She has years of copy-editing experience working with small businesses in Long Beach and working freelance editing copy for medical websites. She also enjoys creating ebooks and learning how to implement interactivity and accessibility through digital means. She works in the Digital Department at W.W. Norton as an Ebook Production Assistant.
Megan has always known she wanted to publish and create books, ever since she was a young child writing newspapers for her neighborhood and designing publications for friends and family. She hopes that starting a small press can lead to impactful work within her own community.
Diane Crayne Gardner
Diane is originally from Los Angeles, though after traveling full-time in a RV with her family, she has settled in Orange County. She has earned bachelor’s degrees in Social Welfare and Education, and a master’s degree in Special Education.
Diane worked as a social worker, discharge planner, and bereavement counselor in several nursing homes and hospitals. When not writing, Diane is consumed by true crime books, documentaries, and podcasts, and loves to hang out with her husband, two daughters, and their three foster furries.
